Support Group

Strength in Numbers: Coping with a Loved One’s Mental Illness 

A support group where you can explore the issues you face when a loved one is struggling with a severe mental illness. This action-oriented and experiential group is designed to provide you with the skills and support you need to be the kind of person you want to be for yourself and your loved ones. Groups are available for adults and occur the third Friday of every month. 

Cost: $35 or a discounted rate of $25 if paid in advance.
